I’VE SPENT MORE THAN 20 YEARS MAKING PEOPLE LAUGH.
THEN LIFE TAUGHT ME WHY LAUGHTER MATTERS.

For more than 20 years, laughter has been part of my work. I’ve performed, improvised, facilitated and created moments that brought people together through humour, play and human connection.

But somewhere along the way, laughter became much more personal.

Life got serious.

I became a mother of three, including twins while I already had a toddler. I moved through trauma, burnout and seasons where simply getting through the day took everything I had.

And through all of it, I kept coming back to laughter.

Not because it made the hard things disappear.

Because it reminded me that I was still here.

Then my dad got cancer.

I couldn’t change what was happening to him. I couldn’t fix it. But I could make him laugh.

So I did. Every chance I got.

During one of the hardest seasons of our lives, laughter kept finding its way into the room. In the hospital. During treatment. In moments when there wasn’t much else I could do.

And one day, my dad told me I had given him something nobody had given him in 20 years:

the joy of laughter.

That stayed with me.

I realized laughter doesn’t need to wait until life gets easier.

THAT’S WHY LAUGH TO SUR-VIVE EXISTS.

Laugh to Sur-Vive is the work that grew out of everything I’ve lived, learned and spent more than 20 years doing.

Today, I bring laughter, play and human connection into workplaces, conferences, schools and communities through bilingual keynotes, interactive workshops and customized experiences.

My work is about creating the kind of moments where people drop their guard, reconnect with each other and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

Because life is going to get serious.

We don’t have to become serious with it.

NOW, LET’S BRING MORE LIFE INTO YOUR ROOM.

Whether it’s a conference, a workplace, a school or a community gathering, I bring laughter, play and human connection into spaces where people need to feel a little more alive.

Let’s create something unforgettable together.
